Policy is a written contract effecting insurance. A certificate issued by an insurance company has the same contractual effect and significance as a policy. All clauses, riders, endorsements, and the proposal form signed by the insured form part of a policy.

You can download the mobile application (GlobeMed Fit) and explore the policy information and benefits including the after sales services for the medical policy.

Complaints can be registered through our website.

Steps to follow :

  • Click on Customer Services
  • Select the product and type and submit your complaint.

You can submit a cancellation request through the e-services portal, provided that you have a valid reason for cancellation (such as vehicle sale, replacement insurance policy, or exporting the vehicle outside the Kingdom).

If you encounter a technical issue, please send a screenshot of the problem along with the following documents:

  • Bank IBAN
  • National ID
  • Insurance policy document
  • Reason for cancellation

Please send these documents to Customer Services at CustomerServices@orientinsurance.com.sa.

By Email:

Write to the customer services email CustomerServices@OrientInsurance.com.sa) mentioning the accident number, owner ID and the IBAN Number.

You can submit your claim using NAJM portal https://najm.sa/services/e-services

The compulsory motor insurance policy covers damages caused to individuals and property by your vehicle. However, it does not include coverage for damages to your own vehicle while driving.
