This Website is operated by Orient Insurance Company – Branch of Saudi Arabia, a licensed insurance entity regulated by the Insurance Authority in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, registered in Riyadh under CR No. 7002845464 (“Orient”, “We”, “Our” or “Us”).

By using this Website, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and all applicable Saudi laws, including insurance regulations issued by the Insurance Authority and the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) enacted under Royal Decree M/19 dated 9/2/1443H.

  • The Cooperative Insurance Companies Control Law and relevant regulations issued by the Insurance Authority;
  • The Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) issued by the Saudi Data & Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA);

  • Any other applicable laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

You acknowledge and agree that all transactions, data processing, and personal information handling shall adhere to these regulations.

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the PDPL and the data governance requirements issued by the Insurance Authority.

Data Collection and Use: We collect and process personal information lawfully and transparently. Data is collected only for specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes related to the insurance products and services you request or use.

Data Minimization: Only necessary information will be collected.

Storage & Transfer: Data may be stored or processed inside or outside the Kingdom subject to approval from SDAIA and/or the Insurance Authority (as applicable).

Your Rights: You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data;
  • Request correction or deletion;
  • Object to processing (in certain situations);

Withdraw consent, where processing is based on consent.

All products displayed are offered subject to underwriting approval and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the relevant policy documentation.

Claims and disputes arising under policies are handled in accordance with the Insurance Authority’s complaint resolution process and may be escalated to the Insurance Disputes Committee if unresolved.

Any unauthorized use of your account or login credentials will be your responsibility until you notify us and we take appropriate action.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising under these Terms or related to your use of this Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Saudi Arabian courts and regulatory bodies, including the Insurance Authority and SDAIA where relevant.
